Teachers are too chicken. I believe they have a great amount of power , but they don't know how to use it, or perhaps they r too afraid to use it. It's quite simple equation. They just have to go on a strike "stop teaching completely " until they get what they ask for. This will never happen cuz many of them are so afraid to loose their jobs.
