Welcome to the Advanced Photoshop Course Page.

Here you will find several tutorials and materials covering advanced techniques of Adobe Photoshop. All material can be downloaded in Microsoft Word document format and weblinks, in addition to .psd files (for tutorials). These materials were created for a course of the same name currently being delivered in the Ministry of Education’s Teacher Training Centre (by yours truly). **Advanced Photoshop Assignment**

This assignment makes 60% of your final mark to complete this program and it will be as followed:

” You have been asked to participate in an exhibition between Bahrain’s schools in creating an artistic design using Adobe Photoshop in which the theme is around Contrasting Differences. The theme is a celebration of diversity as the designs should contain two things that are opposite each other such as fire/ice, war/peace, etc.. ”.

The design must comply with the following criteria:

1. Designed in Adobe Photoshop and must include original and stock images, text, effects and filters to express and convey the theme.

2. The Design should be in CYMK mode, A4 Size with a resolution of 300 dpi at least.

3. The Hand in must be on a CD or DVD depending on the size of the design. It must contain the original images used in the design, The original Photoshop file (with all layers named accordingly) and a .tiff file.

4. You will be given two sessions to complete the design and the final deadline will be Sunday 15^th June 2008.
